These terms govern your use of Polyrome’s websites, 3D maps, and admin tools. By using Polyrome, you agree to them.

Using Polyrome

You may explore public venue maps freely. If you create an account or author a venue, you’re responsible for the content you upload (models, images, text, sponsor material) and for having the rights to use it.

Acceptable use

Don’t upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.
Don’t misrepresent sponsorship or engagement data.

Content & ownership

You keep ownership of content you upload; you grant us the rights needed to host and display it within your maps. Polyrome and its runtime, tools, and branding remain ours.

Service & changes

We aim for reliable service but provide it “as is”, without warranties. We may update features, and these terms, over time; material changes will be posted here.
